Invest Two Days for the Glory of God across North America

BY INVITATION ONLY

June 10, 2005

Dear Friend:

This is an invitation to invest two days for the glory of God across North America. It is by invitation only.

Within the past few days I have spent hours working on foundation proposals, finishing accounts, preparing for the National Prayer Committee’s annual audit, working on my house to sell for our impending move to Dallas, raising money, meeting with Rick Warren and his Purpose Driven Ministries team, meeting in Los Angeles with the Azusa Street 100 planners (www.azusastreet100.net) and preparing to fly to Paris for the GDOP summit meeting this week.

I am inviting you to be with me for the first Global Day of Prayer Summit. We have set aside Friday, August 12, & Saturday, August 13. We plan to meet in Dallas, TX. We are discussing a hotel near the airports where we can easily move in and out of. The meeting will go from 12 Noon to 12 Noon., including a session on Friday night. If you can attend, an agenda and info on accommodations will follow in a couple of weeks. We will each pay our own way. The names on the invitation list represent various constituencies needed to 1. Examine what happened this past May, and 2. Lay the groundwork for a much larger display of God’s hand in 2006. You are needed to help cast the vision for North America and how we play our part to mobilize the earth.

We will examine goals and objectives. We will hear stories of what happened across the earth and across our continent, and what is happening in places like Dallas (The 90 Days of Blessing). We will examine what happened from the perspective of small towns, a large cities, communications and network specialists, broadcasters, marketplace leaders and resource providers. We will discern what resources North American churches need for 2006, how they should be distributed, when they must be ready and examine models of how our efforts can be funded. We accomplished an amazing thing in such a short period this time around, but there were many things we can do better, many lessons learned and well-intended plans that went awry.

More importantly, we will pray together to discern the voice of God in all of this. We are on the verge of the greatest move of God. We need each other. Though there is a vision, a mission and agreed upon values, there is no central office telling people what to do. WE are the GDOP, driven along by the Holy Spirit.

PLEASE HIT REPLY AND TELL ME OF YOUR INTEREST AND/OR AVAILABILITY

Grace to you.

Bob
